2014's Top Loan Consultant Achievements - Thank You 2013

Frankly, I wanted to start with thanking everybody responsible for my being on the top 12 spot this year as a loan consultant for the lending company I am currently working for at Global Dominion. Fact is, without these people, I will be just like any other loan agent. And of course best of all, without the ever supportive loving wife of mine, Analie Casuncad, I will not become who I am today. I have really changed so much from being the reactive husband that I am to becoming only the best person I can be each and every day of my life with my family, friends and loved ones.

I have so much to be thankful for yet I still feel that there is so much more ahead of me in this industry as a freelance loan consultant. I will absolutely 100% achieve the goal I've always had in mind and that is to win in any battle I get in to. By winning I mean is to succeed in all of my goals and get to share the blessings with the people behind me. The dream is just a year or so away and I know, the new house will soon come. Oh it may not be new but it will absolutely be something new for us.

Healing Galing - Dra Edinell Calvario

It was really my father who introduced me to this naturopathy physician, Edinell Calvario of Aksyon Tv 5 program that featured the healing oil - http://www.healinggaling.com/products/healing-oil/. Completely was a marvel that this kind of single special oil could actually do wonders for numerous problems and even body discomfort and until I attempt the healing oil per se around a individual extent experience, I refuse believe it. Me and my better half, Ana agreed to come to Career Development Institute building wherever one might in fact uncover Healing Galing health care clinic. You'll be able to catch up with Dr. E or Dr. Edinel Calvario in that workplace and it's also wherever it is possible to purchase the healing oil of Healing Galing.

I'll Bet My Bottom Dollar for Donaire Over Narvaez

Donaire Vs Narvaez Takes Off
I know it's been quite some time now that I haven't written any on this personal blog of mine but since I just found myself logged in to this account, I took the chance to write this short post in support for the Pinoy boxer I believe to be bound as the next Manny Pacquiao - Donaire.

This coming October 23, 2011, Donaire vs Narvaez live stream boxing match will happen. I strongly believe this will be a big test that the Pinoy boxer will get through. If he does, then the next fight will be a big one. Hopefully, up a notch level more after defeating Montiel convincingly and winning the trust of the boxing afficionados. Let's just play wait and see this Sunday. As for me, I strongly believe that Donaire will defeat Narvaez.

Remembering the Alabang trip via PNR train

At imagine mo na ang nasabing PNR train ticket costs only Php 20.00 back then. Ngayon sa pagkakasulat ng blog post kong ito ay Php 25.00 bucks na yata ang cost ng nasabing train ticket to Alabang.

Zamborga no more

My Angel Locsin and John Lloyd talks about what they like side by side

We all know that there is good relationship developing between Angel Locsin and John Lloyd Cruz and there really is nothing to hide between these two celebrities in the Kapamilya network. But of course that is purely professional level.

Today, reading from Push.Com, these two beautiful people start talking about each other and what they like about each other's qualities. The former Imortal co-stars have really grown so used to each other's likeness that they can name what one likes over the other and vise versa.

Azkals vs Kuwait - with 2 players suspended, will the Philippine team win?

We all know that the Philippine Football team, the Azkals will be having 2 players out of the game because of the last yellow cards received in the previous game with Sri Lanka. Now, the question is, will the Pinoys prevail in the upcoming Azkals vs Kuwait match in the field?

Borromeo is a big help for the team but they will have to go on with the match without him against Kuwait so I will be playing wait and see until the game is on!

After typhoon Falcon back to normal

Our life back to a little bit normal after suspension of classes last weekdays. It was when typhoon Falcon ravaged the metro with non-stop rains and flood here and there. On Monday, tomorrow, June 27, 2011, I will be back to school bringing my daughter to school in UST (University of Santo Tomas).

I hope no typhoon strikes soon so there is also a chance for me to go on with my special training course on Joomla this next weekend in Guadalupe, Makati.

How to set up your laptop using external monitor and keyboard: My new setup

It is too hot upstairs and I really wanted to go out of the house because of this. Bbut since I had to finish work and I had to do something really useful in the middle of the heat of the sun, I thought of a way to find out if there is something I could do to make a set up where I could be comfortably working even in the heat of the weather here in Caloocan.

Finally, my precious gave me some answers. I hit the jackpot because I was able to come up with something or should I say some sort of a set up where I could really as in really work in comfortable position with my nech a bit declined to a computer monitor.

The set up? Well, I used my new Acer laptop, connected an external keyboard with long wire and a 17 inch external monitor and poof! I was able to make a permanent remedy to the problem. A new working set up just below the stairs where I am probably a few meters away from the roof of the house and with comfortable working condition where the air is flowing freely here and there touching my skin. - Sam Casuncad

Find me in Wiki Answers, account hunting today

I have been in the internet life and business probably since 2004 but that was way back when I started to write for an SEO blog where I actually started. That domain already expired though.

Setting this discussion aside, I came up with it today simply because of something I just remembered from my past internet life. You can also find me in Wiki Answers profile or if you like, you can folly me in Twitter.

Angel and Aga, are they good together in a movie?

Well first off, I'd like to say this. Angel Locsin blends really well with the soul of Aga Muhlach in their new movie, In The Name Of Love with Jake Cuenca. Why? I saw that the director, Olive Lamasan did her job very well. I mean, the moves, the words the eyes. It's really as if these two people were the only ones in the movie when you watch them dance and stare at each other. Actually, If I were to see it any other way around, they would look good as a couple. No, I mean no offense to Ms. Charlene who by the way is beauty queen hersel and no undoubtedly one of the most beautiful in the showbiz industry today.

is out for Swimming in Villa Krizelna

Today is day out for the family. The 3 of us plus a niece and a sister in law and her son, we are out swimming in Villa Krizelna in San Rafael Bulacan. It was quite a long drive and a very nice sight along the way but reaching the resort and seeing what's in store for us today is even more rewarding. Getting to know the place via a special guest tour courtesy of the owner herself, former Kapitana Tess Ampo is such an experience and a feel-good treatment.

This is the first time we've received such a grand welcome and very hospitable reception. The staff are all smiling for a good day to start greeting people when we took off from the car I am driving, a Toyota Yaris. We are surely having fun as of the writing of this post and although I haven't tried swimming yet, it was all fun and a grandiose experience. For those of you who are looking to go on an outing and swimming this summer and if you are looking for a resort in Bulacan, this is definitely worth a try. For more information, you may also visit the Villa Krizelna Facebook Page.

Eating cheap pizza

It's pizza time today and the 3 of us who have always loved eating are, once more together by the stairs where we sometimes trip it off eating at. Why? Simple because the stairs in the old wooden and capiz window house is the coolest and I mean coolest literally part of our home this summer. We loved conversing there, taking time to review our work and trying to feed our minds with a different kind of conversation everytime but today if I may make it a little bit different, we are having our pizza time on it.

Nothing much but a little bit different because it is not going to be Shakey's or Pizza Hut or Yellow Cab or Sbarro specials but our own homegrown R.Papa street cheap pizza. Hmmmmm... the smell of the dough cooking in the slightly defective oven is just tempting that even if we just had lunch before going to the bank, we took time to buy a piece. The biggest one of course wherein when cut to slices will bear out 8 big ones. Imagine it's only worth 89 bucks here in the Philippines. Wow. What's next for us. Anyway, you can follow my twitter here - Sam Casuncad or see another Canada single parent dating site.

Post-earthquake imagery of Japan

Source: Google Blog:

"(Cross-posted from the LatLong Blog)

In response to the devastating earthquake and subsequent tsunami that struck Japan, we’ve worked with our satellite imagery providers to get the latest available data of the areas affected most.

To view this high-resolution imagery, courtesy of our partners at GeoEye, download this KML file and explore it in Google Earth. You can also explore the imagery with Google Maps, or have a look at this Picasa album of before-and-after shots. Here’s a sample:

Before and after the earthquake and tsunami. Above is Yuriage in Natori, below is Yagawahama; both are in Miyagi prefecture. High-resolution version of this photo.

We’re working to provide this data directly to response organizations on the ground to aid their efforts. We hope this new updated satellite imagery is valuable for them as well as everyone else following this situation to help illustrate the extent of the damage.

You can find more information regarding the disaster and resources for those in need at our Crisis Response page in English and Japanese. You can also follow @earthoutreach on Twitter to stay up to date with our mapping and imagery efforts.
