An SEO blog just got a major facelift today as a start of the many changes that will take place in the way I treat all my blogs here at Blogger. This will be one of the major changes that I will be implementing on all of them as the new era of my link building works start in another set of experiments.
This time, my target changes as I try to learn more and more about how Google want's us to behave when link building is at stake. Even this very personal blog gets a different face in the coming posts. Although to some they may not see the changes but for me, there will be big ones and I mean big ones just to keep up with Google's new algorithm changes.
In a traffic confrontation, actor, Philip Salvador has been accused of hitting a bus driver where the later showed ABS-CBN bruises that he got upon the alleged hitting by actor Philip Salvador because of traffic confrontation.
Although it is not confirmed, the actor remained silent and the news correspondents were not able to get his own words for the news for whatever reason. Meanwhile, the actor also allegedly told the traffic enforcers to give a ticket to the bus driver but he did not get any for himself which according to the investigating police is not the right way to give a ticket to a traffic rule violator.
The police also said that both caused traffic obstruction so both parties should have received a ticket for that offense and said that it was the wrong way to treat traffic violation by both the actor, Philip Salvador and the bus driver.
It should be fair enough that both parties be given each their own ticket for the offense and that it is not right to dictate a public servant/official to do what anyone would want things to be. The police also said that there will be further investigation on this matter to see who is against the law.

The Pacquiao vs Hatton was finally called off as announced in the early night news today here in the Philippines after the super fighter Filipino refused to sight the contract with a 52-48 share in the fight revenue.
The last minute that Hatton's camp gave to Pacquiao is 6PM this evening of January 21, 2009 here in the Philippines for the May 2 fight to pursue as planned but Pacquiao did not sign the contract.
Meanwhile, Hatton's camp earlier expressed that they will be calling off the fight if Pacquiao won't sign this last bid for the share in the fight which is at 52-48.
Hatton's camp is also said to be in an early press conference in London to announce to the press that the Pacquiao vs Hatton fight is now called off.
Earlier also, although not confirmed, Pacquiao seem to express in some acts that he could be willing to go get the fight on if it will be a 55-45 but the Hatton camp insisted on a 52-48 share so I guess that settles it. There will be no Pacquiao vs Hatton.
It looks good to watch Hannah Montana The Movie as my daughter took a peek at the official free clip teaser in HD from YouTube. We learned that there will be an upcoming Hannah Montana The Movie by Miley Cyrus a.k.a. Miley Stuart a.k.a. Hannah Montana just today while watching episodes of her sitcom. The sitcom we are watching was brought to us by Disney and through cable TV streaming.
My daughter loves her weekly watch of the Hannah Montana sitcom and she never fails to go see it on a weekly basis when there is no classes. The Hannah Montana episodes in her sitcom comes to life on our tv every Saturday afternoon and this is one of the most awaited scheduly for my daughter who never fails to watch it.
Upon learning that there will be a Hannah Montana The Movie presentation by Disney, she immediately told me that she will watch it in theaters when it arrives here in our country and I told her to go get herself a ticket when that happens.
If the upcoming fight, Pacquiao vs Hatton pushes through, who will you bet for? This fight will not be a question of who or where you live. Americans have witnessed the might and power of Manny Pacquiao when the now best pound for pound boxing fighter faced Oscar Dela Hoya. Filipinos on the other hand totally erased doubts that Manny can handle opponents in the biggest proportions in their respective boxing career and now is another time to judge or at least take sides.
Who will you bet for in the Pacquiao vs Hatton boxing match? I heard the only problem is whether Ricky Hatton and his camp will go for the 65/35 revenue share that the best pound for pound fighter in the world today wants from a fight with Hatton. So if this pushes through. I bet it will be easy for Manny Pacquiao to destroy another boxing career in Ricky Hatton.
I also know that the sluggish and aggressiveness of Hatton is just what Manny Pacquiao wants in a fight so this is yet going to be one of the most challenging fights for Pacquiao and for Hatton, another stint to prove that he still has what it takes to defeat the only boxer who blemished his career record. So if this fight pushes through, I bet that the Pacquiao vs Hatton tickets will be another sold out sale so for those who would be looking to see this match, better watch out for the tickets so you won't run out of it.

The filming of You Changed My Life Movie is now ongoing for a target valentine presentation by Sarah Geronimo and John Lloyd Cruz. You Changed My Life is a sequel to A Very Special Love as some would even call it A Very Special Love 2 movie.
An excerpt of A Very Special Love sequel in news just the other day, Sarah Geronimo was surprised thinking in a shooting that John Lloyd is not in the set but learned later on while filming a scene that Lloydi just arrived. Sarah was about to do a scene where director Cathy Garcia Molina made Sarah think that Lloydi is just beside her.
To her surprise, Lloydi arrived in a car in the Marikina Riverbank area where the shooting was happening to surprise the Asian Pop Star Princess that day. They joined together later on in that scene and Sarah did her scene with Lloydi that moment where fans really gigled to death upon seeing it. You Changed My Life movie [OST] official soundtrack was also sung by Sarah Geronimo herself as what the singer-actress always does in almost all her films.
Too many people including almost all my neighbors are talking about Love Me Again Movie by Angel Locsin and Piolo Pascual. I just told them that I have a blog that discusses about the movie back from last year I do get a lot of visits in that blog urging me to push the January 15 to an earlier date of the premiere showing of Love Me Again.
My neighbors told me that it will be a big hit soon and it's just right that those people who visit my blog post about Love Me Again try to ask of an earlier time to set the premiere date of the movie. I told them I cannot do anything about the premiere screening of the movie, that it was just a blog post and nothing more nothing less.
Anyway, I told them that people just have to wait for the showing of the movie because of the simple reason that it will go on whatever happens or else, the producer who spent money to have Love Me Again movie up will loose money if it didn't so I bet it will go on. Hindi ko masyadong gusto ang Fear Factor Argentina. Nakakinis lang kasi bakit alanganin talaga ang bitin ng mga episodes kaya hindi ko na talga sinubaybayan at ayaw ko na manood. Maganda sana e kaso ewan ko ba hindi ko gusto ang aura ng show at yung parte na parang hindi fair sa iba ang sistema ng kung sino ang mauuna sa challenges.

Meron na din kami naipon para sa summer outing namin kasama ang mga magulang ko sa Boracay (madadagdagan pa ito kasi madami kami balak puntahan). Balak ko din regaluhan ang anak ko ng PSP kaso baka kasi maka apekto sa pag aaral kaya delay muna at wala pang badyet na dumadating Antay lang kasi for sure dadating din to. Sa hanap buhay naman so far smooth kaya lubos talaga ang pasalamat ko kay utol - si "makapangyarihan". Tol salamat at nandyan ka lang lagi.
Sa ate ko (Beng), salamat din. eto nga pala ang isa sa inspirasyon ko kasi grabe pag may gusto mula pa noon sa pag-aaral, inaabot talaga. Si kuya, basta natutuwa ako at meron din syan sariling accomplishment sa buhay nya. Anyway, basta overall maganda ang nakaraang taon at alam ko marami pang dadating sa mga araw na lilipas. Lumalaki lalo ang kita namin kay Google. Gugel, thank you!
Hopefully this year ay makakabili kami ng house ang lot namin at mag second honeymoon sa Baguio kasama ang family ko. Tapos punta sa mga water falls dito sa libot ng Manila. Gusto ko makapunta din kami sa Palawan at makalibot. Hindi kasi ako layas talaga pero this year alam ko. hindi man ako si JoJo Acuain, alam ko meron pang mga pasyalang dadating sa aming 3 at sa parents ko kasama namin.
Gusto ko din magkaroon ng farm na malaki ang mag serve sa social works kasama ang wife ko kasi gusto nya rin yan pero yan naman ay kapag umapaw na talaga at labis kailangang ibigay din sa iba. Ang grasya dapat talaga i-share. Basta, meron pa. Madami pa. Mas magarbo pa. Welcome sa Bagong Taon at Bagong Blessings!
Ok ngayon ay hindi na umpisa ng taon pero hindi ko alam kung bakit ba itong 2 kapitbahay ko ay sige pa rin ang inom. Kabilaan. Hindi sila nakakainis bagkus ay nakakatuwa kasi ang gandan ng mga usapan sa inuman eversince. Alam ko yan kasi naging tomador ng taon din ako noong college life ko sa TUP. OO, sa T.U.P. ako nag-aral. Ang ibig sabihin ng T.U. P. ay Tanging Unibersidad ng mga Pogi. Ewan ko sabi lang ng mga pinsan ko na nag aral din doon at nagtapos tulad ko.
Balik tayo sa mga bagong tomador ng taon na mga kapitbahay ko. Kaya Bed of Roses ang pamagat nitong sinusulat ko kasi yan ang tugtog sa kapitnahay ko na hindi na yata naalis ang baso sa labi nila buhat pa ng bago lumipas ng tuluyan ang taon. Hindi marunong malasing ang mga loko. At the best sila kasi kapag nalasing na ang isa sa magkapatid na alcoholic ay iisa lang ang bukang bibig ng isa sa isa. "pindeho, may tae sa ulo" yan... oo yan lang ang pinaka importanteng kataga na lumalabas sa bibig ng isang ito. Akala mo ba ay hindi magkapatid ang mga lokong ito.

Sa Pilipinas 2 na lang ang hindi tumataas, ang sahod ng manggagawa at ang mahal na pa....o. O kung anu-ano na naman ang iniisip nyo sa word na yan... "pangako" yan. Di ba? yung mga pangako ng mga pulitiko, hindi na tumataas ang badyet kasi siguro may maluwag na bulsa na kung saan doon nalalaglag ang pera ng bayan. Basta ito ang gusto kong unang post ko dito sa blag ko na tagalog or taglish kung guston nyong ganito. Ang importante ay ako lang ang may-kagagawan ng lahat ng mga nakalagay dito at sigurado akong talagang puro ang lalamanin nitong blag na ito. Walang pwedeng makialam kung ano man ang gusto kong ilagay dito kasi ito ang guston ko.
Anyway, ito lang naman ang unang SEO blog dito sa Pilipinas (I hope) na tagalog at madaling maintindihan ng mga babasa. Matapos kong manguna sa pamamagitan ng isa kong blog na SEO din sa keyword na "intelligent seo blog" ay eto naman ako at gustong mauuna sa tagalog blog na keyword. madaming kumpitensya pero wala akong pakialam basta ilalagay ko lang lahat ng gusto ko dito at walang gagalaw sa yeye bonel. OOpss ang blog ko din ang nangunguna sa mga katagang yan.
Hala nakalimot na ko mag introduce - Ako nga pala si Sam Casuncad, isang SEO blogger at partially ay nagmamayari ng intelligent SEO blog - seoptimizers blog ko. Ito yung pinaka unang blog ko mula pa noon. at marami na kaming pinagdaanan nito. Sya nga pala, ang totoo kong pangalan ay Samuel Casuncad pero nahahabaan lang ako so ang ginagamit ko ay Sam Casuncad.
